Perfect homemade sponge cake (without baking powder)

8 eggs,

 

 

240g flour,

 

240g sugar.

 

Preparation:

 

Same process.

 

 

25cm pan.

 

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.

 

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
